This event is for the slightly advanced padel player who plays regularly, perhaps has tried playing DPF tournaments (DPF25-DPF50) or plays on a team in the Lunar League - but feels that their defensive play could use a boost. Then Defense Divas is just the thing for you!
During this intense and instructive session, you will have the opportunity to train with Julia Wiese, Danish national team player and Denmark's No. 1 on the women's side. Julia will guide you through a padel training with a focus on defensive play - so you will learn to stand stronger on the court, read the game, and react with calmness and precision, even under pressure.
The training combines technical stroke training, control exercises, and point play.
