Are you a slightly advanced padel player who plays regularly and would like to take your game to the next level? Perhaps you have already tried DPF tournaments or play on a team in the Lunar League – but feel that your defensive play could use a boost? Then Defense Divas is just the thing for you!
During this intense and instructive session, you will have the opportunity to train with Julia Wiese, Danish national team player and Denmark's No. 1 on the women's side. Julia will guide you through a padel training with a focus on defensive play – so you will learn to stand stronger on the court, read the game, and react with calmness and precision, even under pressure.
The training combines technical stroke training, control exercises, and point play.
